I haven't tried withdrawing yet so I can't speak to that. I've only been buying things in the app, and it's worked well for me.
Buying and selling is way too cumbersome! It feels deliberate, and there's no pro interface either!
It crashed many times over the past year, and badly. When the market plunged in March 2021 I bought 2,000 shares of VIX as a hedge and the app went down right then, so I took a huge loss. The real fees on single-stock trades are higher than advertised, and there's basically no usable support channel: no phone support, and email replies take an unknown amount of time. After nearly four years I finally closed my account and moved to TD Ameritrade.
